Delivery Information...
- The delivery charge on all orders will be automatically calculated according to the items in your shopping basket.
On certain occasions we may use externally sourced fragile goods companies for deliveries.
Please note that in order to keep delivery charges to a minimum and avoid problems on delivery, we need to be advised prior to dispatch if access to your property will be difficult. Assistance is essential for all large/bulky items, as to keep delivery charges to a minimum, the delivery vehicles are only manned by the driver. Failed deliveries due to lack of storage space and assistance will incur a re-delivery charge.
Where do we deliver?..
- We deliver to mainland UK only. Although we are able to deliver to the Scottish Highlands, a surcharge may be applicable (please phone us on 01234 216720 before ordering for more details).
What is the delivery process?..
- Stock items will be dispatched immediately unless part of a larger order containing non-stock items, whereby all goods will be dispatched at the same time. Non-stock items will be subject to manufacturers standard lead times, which may be subject to change beyond our control.
What are your delivery costs?..
