Why do I need to contact you for a price on some items?
To
ensure you receive the very best current deal on certain items, we ask that you
phone or email us with your enquiry.
How do I order?
You can order online anytime by adding items to your shopping
basket and then checking out using our secure online Protx
payment system.
We accept Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa
Debit, Delta.
What are your delivery costs?
After selecting your products and going to the checkout system,
select your county and click "Update Totals", - you will
be shown the delivery costs.
You can then click "checkout" to confirm your order and proceed
to entering your details.
What are the delivery times for non stock / direct from supplier
items?
Stock items will be dispatched immediately, unless part of a
larger order containing non-stock items whereby all goods will
be dispatched at the same time.
Non stock items will be subject to manufactures lead times,
which maybe subject to change.
If the delivery time is critical please call us and we can check
with the suppliers to get a more specific lead time.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Bathquest can only deliver to mainland UK.
Which Shower Enclosures come with Trays?
Certain shower enclosures come with a dedicated tray, you will
need to check the product description for these details.
Alternatively, for all other enclosures, you will need to choose
a tray from our shower trays section listed under shower
enclosures.
When should I book my Plumber/Fitter?
We advise you not to confirm your installers starting date,
until you have received and checked all of the goods you have
ordered.

Can my goods be delivered to an alternative
address?:
Telephone Orders:
Goods can only be dispatched to the Credit Card holders
registered address, if you card is registered to more than one
address please specify this and inform our sales office when you
place our order.
Online Orders:
The online ordering system does not allow an alternative
address as the online payment provider Protx checks the details
you enter for delivery address against your credit card.
What are your delivery methods:
Small Items – Will be dispatched using couriers and if you are
not at home to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a
calling card.
Other Items – Will be dispatched by specialist carrier, delivery
will be arranged.
